This is Colins progress photo.

Pretty impressive if you ask me.

Colin works in kids care home, so you can imagine the stressful work and hours he must do.

For Colin, that didn't leave him with much time to focus on himself and his health.

He still got into the gym occasionally though.

Because he works irregular shift patterns, including 24hr sleeping shifts, doing a regular food shop was difficult.

This led to Colin eating whatever was nearby on the go.

Working around kids, this meant sweets, cereal and other junk food.

He still cooked a home meal occasionally though.

You see, the issue for Colin was that he didn't want to be healthy "occasionally".

He wanted to be healthy and he wanted to thrive.

Colin knew this was only possible when you're consistent with exercising and eating well.

That's when Colin decided to work with me.

We met 2 times a week for our 1-1 coaching sessions, he did an extra training session by himself each week, I checked in on his diet every week, and he took advantage of the ebooks and webinars I gave him as part of his client package.

Because of this, Colin is now able to work his job with far more energy and consistency, feel amazing because of his new found strength and physique transformation, and ultimately sustain these results long term.

Colin will happily tell anyone that he would probably still be in a start-stop yo-yo diet and training cycle if he hadn't began training with me.

And that's my point.

If you know you need to eat better and exercise more, but you don't, it's time to hire a coach.

Because if you could do it by yourself, you would've already.

It's not always about whether you need to learn how to exercise or not.

For a lot of people, it's about getting some accountability to become consistent.
